We run an ethical residential network, and part of that is knowing where traffic should never come from. Devices on government, military, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, healthcare and financial networks are kept out, for every app, so no one can use Cash Raven to look like they are inside one. The full list is below.
An address on one of these networks speaks for the organization behind it. Leaving them out means nobody can use our network to pose as a government, a hospital or a bank.
It is one of several rules in our ethics and safety policy.
Always the list in force, refreshed every few minutes. If you run a network and want to keep bandwidth-sharing traffic off it, you are welcome to use ours.
The list is enforced on our servers, not in the app, so it applies to every app on every platform. A device on a listed network carries no traffic and earns its app nothing while it is there.
These are networks run by organizations whose connections should only ever carry their own traffic. The number on each card is how many networks (ASNs) of that kind are on the list.
Banks, payment processors and exchanges.
National, regional and local government agencies and legislatures.
Hospitals, health systems and health insurers.
Armed forces, defense ministries and defense agencies.
The operating and corporate networks of power, water, transport and similar operators.
Police, emergency dispatch and first responders.
UN agencies and other international bodies.
Organizations under international sanctions.
State intelligence and security agencies.

If a sensitive network should be on this list, or one is on it by mistake, we want to hear about it.
