This policy forms part of the Cash Raven SDK End User Terms available at https://cashraven.io/legal/sdk-terms.

1. Your device, your connection

You may share only from:

a genuine physical Device that You own or are authorized to control and that is not being used to simulate, duplicate or artificially increase bandwidth-sharing activity;
a connection you are allowed to share with third parties.

You must not enable sharing through a work, school, government, employer-managed, hotel, dormitory, café, airport or other shared or public network unless You have authority from the network owner or operator to permit third-party traffic. You are responsible for confirming that Your internet-service agreement and applicable network rules allow You to share the connection.

2. Do not fake devices or activity

You may not:

run the SDK on emulators, virtual machines, containers, cloud servers, rooted or jailbroken images used to spoof devices, or on "device farms" — racks or collections of devices operated to generate activity rather than for personal use;
use VPNs, proxies, IP rotation services, or location spoofing to change or disguise where your device appears to be;
reset, clone, randomize or otherwise manipulate device identifiers to appear as more than one device;
automate, script, or simulate activity to make a device appear active when it is not;
register or operate multiple accounts, installs or devices to obtain rewards you would not otherwise receive; or
take part in any scheme to inflate device counts, uptime, or rewards.

3. Do not tamper with the software

You may not modify, patch, hook, wrap, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with the SDK or any Consent Screen, opt-out control, telemetry, identifier, setting or technical component used for bandwidth sharing. You may not block, alter or falsify information reported through the SDK or use an unauthorized or modified build to manipulate sharing activity.

4. Do not use the network for harm

You may not use, or attempt to use, the Cash Raven Network to break the law or to attack, defraud, harass or surveil anyone. If you become aware of traffic through your device that appears unlawful, tell us at support@cashraven.io.

5. Be honest with us

You may not knowingly provide false information about Your location, Device, connection, consent or eligibility, and You may not use new Devices, accounts, installations or identifiers to evade a restriction, suspension or permanent block.

6. What happens if you break this policy

We may, without notice and at our discretion:

stop sharing on the affected device;
block the device, network or account from the Cash Raven Network permanently;
tell the Publisher that the device is no longer eligible, which may mean you lose rewards the Publisher offered;
retain records of the violation so we can enforce the block; and
report the conduct to law enforcement where it involves fraud or other criminal activity.

Cash Raven does not owe you compensation for any device or account disabled under this policy.
