1. Who this notice is for

This notice explains how Cash Raven, LLC ("Cash Raven," "we," "us") handles personal information about developers, publishers and their personnel who register for a Developer Account, use the Cash Raven developer dashboard (the "Dashboard"), or integrate the Cash Raven SDK.

Two other notices cover different audiences and are not replaced by this one:

2. Information we collect about you

Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:

Account and identity information: name, business email, phone number, company legal name, business address, country, website, job title.
Verification and compliance information, where requested: business-registration or tax information, app-store developer identifiers, proof of application ownership, identification or authorization documents, and information reasonably required for fraud, sanctions, restricted-party or compliance checks.
Payment and tax information, where payment has been separately agreed: bank-account or payment-platform details, tax forms, invoices, payment instructions, transaction records and remittance information.
Support and communications: emails, support tickets, chat messages, call notes, and any information you include in them.
Application information: application names, store listings, bundle identifiers, platforms, and integration details.

We collect automatically:

Dashboard usage: pages viewed, features used, actions taken, timestamps.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, and cookie or similar identifiers.
Security and authentication data: login times, session identifiers, multi-factor authentication events, and failed access attempts.
Integration telemetry associated with your Developer Keys: SDK version, error and crash reports, aggregate Device counts, connection statistics, and geographic distribution.

We collect from others: sanctions and restricted-party screening providers, fraud and abuse intelligence providers, business information databases, app marketplaces, payment providers, and publicly available sources.

3. How we use it

To create, verify, administer and secure your Developer Account and issue Developer Keys.
To provide, maintain, monitor and improve the SDK, the Dashboard and the Cash Raven Network.
To enforce the Developer Terms of Service and the Developer Acceptable Use Policy, including compliance verification, audits, fraud detection and abuse investigation.
To negotiate, execute and administer a Commercial Agreement, and to calculate and make payments under it.
To communicate with you about your account, technical changes, security notices and policy updates.
To send relevant business-to-business information about Cash Raven products, services and partnership opportunities, where permitted by law and subject to Your right to opt out of marketing communications.
To comply with legal obligations, including sanctions screening, tax reporting, and responses to lawful requests.
To establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (administering your account and any Commercial Agreement); legitimate interests (securing our network, preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing our terms, direct business-to-business marketing, and improving our products); legal obligation (sanctions, tax and records requirements); and consent where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time.

Service providers who work on our behalf under contract: cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment and accounting providers.
Affiliates within our corporate group.
Professional advisers: lawyers, auditors, accountants, insurers.
Legal and safety: courts, regulators, law enforcement and other authorities where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Cash Raven, our customers, End Users or the public. Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:
Corporate transactions: an acquirer, investor or successor in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.
App marketplaces and relevant industry partners, where reasonably necessary to investigate or report fraud, security incidents, policy violations, unauthorized applications or other abuse, or to respond to an enforcement inquiry.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Cash Raven services, administer accounts and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed. We may retain information for a longer period where required or permitted by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and Developer Keys and for notifying us promptly of any suspected compromise.

8. International transfers

Cash Raven is based in the United States, and personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where Cash Raven or its service providers operate. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, Cash Raven will use an appropriate lawful mechanism for the relevant transfer. Contact us at support@cashraven.io for additional information.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of marketing. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including rights to access, correct or delete certain personal information and to appeal certain decisions, where those laws apply.

To exercise a right, email support@cashraven.io. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Cookies

The Dashboard uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication, account security, session management and core functionality. We may also use analytics or preference technologies where disclosed and permitted by applicable law. Additional information about any non-essential technologies and available controls will be provided in the Dashboard or an applicable cookie notice.

11. End User data

The Dashboard reports aggregate statistics about Devices in your integration. Personal information associated with End Users and SDK-enabled Devices is addressed in the SDK Privacy Notice, the Developer Terms and any applicable Commercial Agreement or data-protection terms. Cash Raven and the Developer are each responsible for the processing activities they determine and control. Their precise roles may vary depending on the relevant data flow and applicable law.

12. Children

The Dashboard and SDK are business tools and are not directed to anyone under 18. Cash Raven does not intend the Dashboard or Developer Account services to be used by individuals under 18 and does not knowingly collect Developer Account information from them.

13. Changes

We may update this notice. We will post the updated version at https://cashraven.io/legal/developer-privacy and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Dashboard. Continued use of the Dashboard after the effective date means you accept the update.
